At WebSync, we strive to provide you with the best possible experience using our Chrome extension. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Refund Eligibility:
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the paid features of WebSync and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 14 days.
- Accidental Purchase: If you accidentally purchased a subscription and notify us within 7 days of the transaction.
- Unauthorized Charges: If there are unauthorized or fraudulent transactions related to your account, please contact us immediately.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
- If the issue is related to third-party (e.g., Google NotebookLM), unreleated not the Chrome Extension functionality, and outside our control.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@websync-for-notebooklm.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your WebSync purchase
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to review and process all refund requests within 5 business days.
Subscription Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time from within the WebSync extension or via your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to paid features until that time.
